Thanks to Yulia Smal (CEO MIRAI Genomics ) we managed to acquire a mobile real-time PCR device. It is an absolute technical breakthrough in outpatient care on German soil. Based on the PCR SmartAmp technology, the handy device offers a high degree of sensitivity and specificity. It also allows building a cluster connected to a PC. The cartridge with the saliva samples delivers the result in just 40 minutes. Complex and cost-intensive laboratory equipment with many additional machines such as centrifuges and special refrigerators are no longer necessary. We are very grateful for this efficient and precise work.
